Since January this year life has been pretty routine - office, home, sleep, work, ... office. Some weddings happened - in fact they happened at such constant intervals that they added to the routine effect ;-) The past week(s) however has/have been a kind of break. Sabyasachi is in Mumbai for two weeks doing some professional course in IITB - staying with me for the period. Since he is in, I too along with him am getting a chance to meet up with a few old pals and dinner time gatherings are fun. To top it, last weekend me and Panda (aka Arijit) went to Nasik-and-Shirdi. Started Saturday afternoon, reached Nasik in the evening, attended another batchmate's marriage reception and left for Shirdi. Reached Shirdi at 1.30 AM, slept at a motel for the night, did darshan in the morning and returned to Mumbai the same day. Whoaaaa !!!! I am back! After a long time … and for the first time after leaving the NITIE campus. Reason for this lull period ? a. Lack of 24 hrs net L b. Life is quite full with a Quality Process Review in Office, my current project’s conclusion meeting and our home shifting all landing up together. And I was on my all time high excitement when I got the news that Sunil Bhaiyaa is landing up in Mumbai with ‘Evam Indrajit’! Going to watch the show today. More is on cards with an official visit to Hyderabad on Friday which I have planned to extend over the weekend (obviously)! Already making plans to meet all Campionites, NITIEans and BITans in Hyd. Came Diwali and I rushed off to Pune .. . Mom had been in Pune for 2 days and Abhishek and Baba (that’s what I call my Dad) joined us a day after I went. Pune was again enjoyable, a break from my campus life... I spent time reading books (completed ‘Da Vinci Code’) and sleeping ;). And in the evenings it was mostly time to visit relatives – we have so many in Pune that it takes all your time. Just a few days were left when Abhishek told me that his holidays were till 22nd and he had almost a week to spend at home in Bhopal after he returned from Pune. I suggested why not he comes along with me to Mumbai rather than spending time alone at Home. Fortunately mom-dad also concurred and I went to hunt for proper reservations which we got. That was it!!
